An amazing experience. The cook creates dishes with unusual combinations of taste and textures that go so well together, it is likely that you have a culinary epiphany; You can be at a loss for words as you sit over your dining room partner trying to describe what you have just felt. It is a very creative and daring cook, but also with a fine aesthetic expression. The aged beef retreat was better than many Wagyus I cost. The staff is attentive, helpful and very efficient. The ambience was warm with a decor that is different and distinctive; not pompous, but modern and elegant. Well, with the visit and very merit of a Michelin star.

It's overtaken. I've been looking forward to eating here for a while and finally getting there. I left disappointed, unimpressed and wondered how this is a 1 star Michelin restaurant. It's not bad, don't get me wrong, but there are countless other 1 star Michelin that are just so superior. The food was good, but not great. The service was pleasant, but nothing more. Given the extreme price, I fear that the star is not justified in my opinion.

The service was quite disappointing (pushing sales, but forget about service grounds and wine-paring.) Eat well prepared, but not surprising. In the area of one of the better restaurants.
