What to say about this restaurant, apart from having fun... Only a few tables, a chef who cooks for real, from the fact home, at the minute, real smiling products, a wine map that whisperes taste buds (a advice let the chef choose for you, you will not be disappointed). We discovered this restaurant by friends, we returned a few days later in love to celebrate our year. In 2 dinners it became our reference to the nearby French restaurant, authentic, good living and ultra qualitative for the price. With a leader who has proved himself in large houses and who breathes the passion and love of his profession and a room service to small care, we will return!

By far the best restaurant in the south west in which I was able to eat me and my companion. The duck confit was melting and the tasteful and well-crafted pork tomawhak. The chef is talented and cuisine with love of high quality products. Excellent foie gras sauce as well as crunchy salardian apples. I am very demanding with the restaurants because I come from Paris and have had a wonderful time. Well-trained table. My companion was of the same opinion. I recommend. What a disappointment!!! Kitchen smell. Thanks to the chef to review his Salad Salardaise: soft salami potatoes, tasteless gizzards, cooked salad... only foie gras and bread was good. Only one bottle of rose proposed at €28! We will never return.

Nicely surprised! The address does not pay a mine outside, the decor is a little kitch inside, but the kitchen is excellent. I recommend the truffle purée that's crazy. Moreover the staff is super pleasant and very good advice for the wine!

Too good! Too nice! The kitchen made with the heart: I took the Rossini burger and it was just perfect. Potatoes were good troooop too... even bread! Thanks again for all the details that make the difference. We'll go back.

A small nugget, excellent discovery for a Landaise, I finally found a restaurant on Paris where I find the dishes of my childhood....the quality is at the rendezvous.... the welcome is warm and friendly.... not to miss....
