Le Caracroute - Reserva de mesa

As a customer for several years, I was more than surprised by the change this season! Hygiene is very, very limited... We ate a paëla which was anything but a paëla. Our dishes were served even though we had not yet had our aperitifs served. 2 non-alcoholic cocktails were ordered for my children but one of them got his dose of rum! And finally the waiters and waitresses are far from pleasant... however I would like to point out that the caracroute does not reflect the image of the campsite which is at the top!

With reservation I waited 1 hour before my table was cleaned and my order was taken Order placed, I am told that there are no more mussels even though a table arriving after us had some, so I order a salad with burrata when my starter is not a burrata but a MOZZA I order a crepe there was no more CATASTROPHIC SERVICE AN EXECRABLE WAITRESS (the brunette) DISGUSTED

Close-knit, smiling and attentive team. More presence of the boss would clearly be a plus for defining areas for improvement. Thank you to the whole team for the good times had, thanks to their unfailing dedication and involvement.
