Very nice ambiance, starting from the decor to the friendly staff and the fact that the restaurant is almost always full even on a Tuesday night. Make sure to call them before going there to guarantee a table and since they seem to have a...pair/impair rule (they told me that they accept only pair numbers on specific days). They serve typical French and Swiss food and a great cheese fondu during the winter with several dessert and wine/beer options. The location is also very convenient as it's on the main restaurants and shops street of Neuchâtel, close to the tourists attractions and very close to the bus station (take the 107/109 (direction Place Pury) to Neuchâtel,Terreaux Muséum or Neuch...
In my humble opinion, this is THE brasserie to eat well and have a great time in Neuchâtel. Seasonal menu and very intelligently composed. Always quality cuisine despite the often very busy place (better to reserve your table). Nice cellar and excellent choice of beers on tap. Exceptional service, welcoming and without fuss, in a unique Belle-Epoque setting. I have been coming here happily for a long time, and I never tire of it.
Out first visit to beautiful Neuchâtel and had dinner in this great (old) brasserie.. staff are fantastic and on a Monday night it was full so make sure you book.. the steak tartare was brilliant and a good wine list .. we will certainly be...returning.. thank you
Without a doubt, for all the times I have had the pleasure of going, the best restaurant in Neuchâtel. A varied menu full of excellent examples of local cuisine, among others. Highlight the warm atmosphere and the perfect service.
