A little disappointed with the experience. The room is well, without more, the tables are very close. That day, there were not many tables taken if not the room would be too noisy. Careful and professional service. Kitchen a little just for a star: the fish was too hard and dry. The rest is not surprising: tomato soup amuse and some garden cherry tomatoes... In short, the Carmin is not a restaurant that I will remember for a long time.
We were welcomed without more or less, I would normally say for a starred restaurant. We have lunch with the menu at 50€. The entries were correct. The dishes were unfortunately warm and unbalanced in their assemblies and quantities/price. Report errors in command and other requests. Overall this restaurant is a little below what we are entitled to expect.

A great chef in the furnaces past the largest houses. A recently revisited atmosphere that gives even more pleasure at this time spent at the Carmin. The Michelin star is widely deserved and the wine list has the greatest names of Burgundy. A great experience to live without delay.
Lived by stars, the Carmin is not a restaurant that we will hold and where we will return. It was a gift for my husband's birthday and I was very disappointed by the dishes, which for me were not at the height of a star, than by the service. Value for money very disappointing.

We booked Le Carmin for my wife's birthday, knowing that it was pretty expensive The food is simply fantastic and worth the price.
Excellent restaurant, a good time and souvenir. Do it!
