We stayed in Sofitel and on the day of arrival did not want to go for dinner outside of the hotel. We read several skeptical reviews about this restaurant and were not too exited about going, but eventually still decided to try. We were really sorry we did not make an effort to go somewhere else. The quality of food at top prices is really poor. I have never tasted such terrible grilled octopus in my life, any beach tent in let’s say Barcelona serves 10 times better product at quarter of the price. Logeant à l'hôtel, nous avons dîné au restaurant de l'hôtel, sans grand enthousiasme au vu des commentaires de nombreux contributeurs. Ce fut une très belle surprise. Personnel accueillant, bienveillant et très professionnel . À l'écoute, donnant pleins d'explications sur les plats. Carte variée et prometteuse. Franchement, c'est plus qu'un restaurant d'hôtel, c'est un GASTRO ! Cuisine bistronomique. En plus, la vue sur le golf d'Ajaccio est magnifique. Certes les prix peuvent paraître élevés, mais au regard du lieu, des assiettes et de l'ensemble du personnel, c'est tout à fait cohérent ! Nous avons dîné 4 fois, pris parfois les plats du jour, et ça n'a été que des bons moments. Merci à tou...

Dans une ambiance cosy, vous avons dîné face à la mer avec un magnifique coucher de soleil sur les îles Sanguinaires. We had a very good experience, the staff is very friendly and kind. All the food we tried was amazing and fresh made with high quality ingredients! The desserts are amazing too!! Everything was done to please us, and what the environment!!!! Excellent!!!

We only had cocktails here but it is gorgeous right on the golfe of Ajaccio in a garden type environment. Had a lovely time.
