Le Carre D'ange

The atmosphere is beautiful, especially with the open fire in the dining room. The service is very attentive and the presentation of the dishes is good. For actual food: there were some complex and interesting ingredients; we had very good Amuse Bouche, but some of the main dishes left room for improvement. For example, the meat was not sufficiently delicate and not seasonal. All in all: You can say there are ambitions to offer an excellent experience, but there should be even more focus on the actual taste of the dishes.

We have dinner and lunch several times in this restaurant and every time the food is fantastic and surprising. Very high kitchen and staff. Maybe time for a Michelin star?
