Le Casabianca - Reservar una mesa

We were given a special treat by our daughter and son in law...a family afternoon luncheon at Casabianca... The food was matched by the setting over beautiful Plage d'Arone in Piana...my choice was the local fish selection a tri-entrie with a kabob main...all very delicious and well presented...we leisurely passed the afternoon..with kids enjoying the nice beach and waterfront....of course by taking in Casabianca...you top off a delightful day tour into Piana, the Calanche and a brief stop in Porto...all about 1 1/2 HR drive from Ajacccio....( take your car..use the GPS...much better than a bus.

We had great expectation for this place. It was reccomended by locals. Starters were ok, grilled fish was undercooked and badly served to us by one of the owners. Very disappointing. Several staff running right an left but despite having just few table to serve failed to meet average standard for a bill of 280 euro (3 customers ) with no wine or desert. Never more

Just a boring restaurant. Its view over the beach is good. However, since the small golf is full of small boats (motor boats) the view is quite average. The boat owners normally eat in this restaurant giving it a snobby atmosphere. People are wearing either polo shirts or white clothes.

Beautiful setting, expensive restaurant with a limited menu--waitress said pizza was only offered at night. Poor service.
