Le Caveau de la Place

Simple but nice place where most guests seem to pick the tables outside the square. are open until late in the evening. we were there after 23 and the kitchen was still open. they have great tapas and very good and plentiful salads. The waiter was talkative and pleasant if you opened in a little French; however, he had a little difficulty remembering what you ordered, but it was easy to forgive, even if it looks a bit spartan, the place can really be recommended for the good food and charming service.

Superb "cuisine du terroir", slow-cooked, local meat dishes, true to the region. I had a beef stew, which had been been gently stewing for 8 + hours - Magnifique! Partner had fish - very fresh river fish, I think perch.Apart from fish dishes, everything on menu is slow cooked - no lunchtime quickies here! - and is served by excellent staff who know just about where the nearest cow and what her name is!

Nous recommandons vivement ce petit resto très sympa où nous sommes allés diner en famille lors d une ballade en peniche sur le canal du midi. Les tapas sont excellents et copieux. Je recommande tout particulièrement les crevettes à l ail et le chorizo.Le service est au top et nous avons eu droit à un petit concert de deux musiciens sur la place. Super soirée

eating was ok and inexpensive. of service, however, you cannot speak at all. after the tapas was closed and we were ignored for an hour at all order and payment attempts. unfortunately our condition has not been approved. I only know such a bad service from home in zürich! Reserva una mesa ahora

restaurant on the village square with pleasant terrace. We're very well received. There is a large selection of very copied tapas. We also took the grilled gambas. Very well cooked and served with a smile! very good quality price!

We spent a very pleasant time with family. 1 attentive server, excellent tapas, hearty salads, chef bravo,1 very pleasant atmosphere. We ate on the terrace, and happiness. A little restaurant that deserves to be stopped.
