We were sent to this restaurant by the hotel's Concierge and he made the booking as well. Arriving at the restaurant we were not overly impressed by the kerb appeal nor the descend down into what obviously a cellar before. The staff were courteous and polite enough and we were shown to our table. Space is a bit tight so don't expect loads of elbow room! The wine list is comprehensive with some good choices to be had. I can carry on ad nauseum about the food but suffice it to say; each dish was carefully composed with choice, fresh ingredients and it tasted good, the reason one visits a restaurant in my opinion. We are not dessert eaters but they do offer a selection of fine cheeses instead....
My department came here for a Christmas lunch. All menu choices were made weeks in advance, so the restaurant knew exactly how much it needed of each dish. Nevertheless, they seem incapable of planning properly, and I ended up without desert, as they ran out. While this shows bad management, I can still get over it. What is really problematic is that the waiter is incapable of uttering even a word of apology in such a situation. With this level of service, I certainly won’t return.
Lors de notre première visite, nous avions été agréablement surpris.Pour la deuxième en couple avec des amis, nous avons été déçu.Tout d'abord par le service, gentil mais pas professionnel, ce qui dans ce genre d'établissement ne suffit pas.Puis par la cuisine compliquée pour un résultat peu probant. Dommage
Une cuisinier sure de lui , et qui assure.Dépourvu de notoriété , il à fait sa place , tranquillement.Mérite amplement sa renommée.Cuisine Bourgeoise bien appropriée , avec qqs plats tendance.Salle en sous sol.Vins un peu déja vu , à améliorer pour avoir qqs jolies surprises.

Même si les plats sont fins la formule du menu est assez copieuse. Les apéritifs et les vins au verre sont servis généreusement. C'est rare. Les conseils demandés ont abouti à un ensemble homogène, équilibré.
75 € par personne pour de la viande sans gout et mal cuite personnel gentil mais sans saveur non plus, absent. ma compagne a eté satisfaite de son repas cependant. mais pour moi c'est un restaurant à éviter.
Fabulous food. Wonderful service. I’ve been traveling for five weeks and dinner last night was the best meal of my trip. Everything was delicious and I especially recommend the foie gras.
