Would you like regional dishes, a particularly good kitchen? Then you're right here. In many places there are traditional cuisine but only here was my culinary search for very good regional cuisine satisfied. The Oeufs of the Meurette were not served to me anywhere in Burgundy as perfect (the sauce especially highlighted) as here. A simple tomato, apparently self-dried/ fried and marinated, evaluates a classic appetizer (salat with l 'epoises). Both appetizers were surpassed by the recommendation of chef Hähnchenbrust Sûprème with small shrimps and parsley potato puree!! ! The courses were rounded off with a seemingly simple Clos Rousseau Santenay 1er Cru Vielles Vignes from the domain Jean...
We organized a weekend rando, in Burgundy, for 40 people and luck wanted us to book the restaurant the Caveau Saint-Uguzon, in Nuits Saint-Georges, for one evening. Unanimous advice: Super!Menu with regional specialities, all homemade, friendly atmosphere thanks to a smiling staff and an attentive boss to our demands, reasonable price. Perfect home, you have to chat with the boss because he's really nice. The kitchen is of an excellent value for money, and when the weather allows you to eat outside, there may be room but it is really nice. A step not to miss, especially the burgundy beef that is more than perfect.
Very good meal, snails, burgundy beef, piece of beef with bits, we were not decoded, everything is made home and it feels! a very good address!

Decent food, good wine. The service was rather slow, so our lunch took a very long time. Otherwise, it was generally fine.
Great regional food enjoyed by all the family. We all had the menu de jour. The staff where excellent!
