Everything is done the day before, there is no push room for amateurs: once the toll is done, you have to let push. Modern bakeries are equipped with push rooms, which accelerate the growth of bread and pastries. Consequences: once the breads and pastries are sold, there is no more of the day. The pastries are good but no more. The burgers are light and good. To test!
Hard to buy a wand if you didn't book it! What was most deplorable to us: the man who arrived to deposit the stock of small bread stock) had a deplorable outfit! His clothes were particularly dirty, very dirty! So the chopsticks in the pantry... We really have a doubt about hygiene... in short, we will not return to this baker.

I recommend this bakery that still works artisanally, everything or almost is homemade, the bread is excellent as the Viennese mills ... The front doesn't pay for a mine, but go push the door, you'll be pleasantly surprised! I recommend

Traditional bread and organic without taking us for pigeons at the rate level. Excellent kouign aman (by far the best of the 3 I enjoyed during my stay in Brittany). Open in the morning only.
Baked bread with wood fire, pastries with salt butter, to taste absolutely. Attention: you have to focus just, the shop is only open from 08:30 to 12:30, Tuesday to Sunday.
