Le Chant Du Poulpe

We spent three nights at Chant du Octopus in the company of Francis and Edwige. We had dinner twice at the table d’hôte, which was absolutely excellent. The breakfasts also delighted us! The house is absolutely beautiful, overlooking the village of Port-Vendres and is a few kilometers from Collioure. We had a great time which made us decide to spend three nights instead of two initially planned. Many thanks to Francis and Edwige for their hospitality.

Thanks to the fishing of the day for indicating this restaurant on its stand! a rich but refined cuisine. a mix of spices and local products including day fishing. a warm welcome and an atypical setting that we enjoyed. a tribute to all the octopers!

The pleasure of the taste buds. a small house planter to start with a stuffed antenna crab. followed by a turbo to the plancha as I had never tasted a catalan atypical mixing creole a nice discovery with a server out of the standard fabulous Reserva una mesa ahora

perfect just. well cooked divine! Bravo. the best patatas bravas of the coast! mussels, calamars to lose their ball! Thank you this was the best meal of the 1st of the year!

A kitchen that makes travel with a very neat presentation. The products are good and the service is warm and smiling. Little mention for the Risotto, a treat!
