April 2021 Excellent, delicious food and so-so service. They require masks except when you're at the table and groups are seated every other table. Staff wear masks and they also disinfect the tables after each group. I was going to give 4 stars because the food is truly excellent with good quality and decent portion sizes for the price. But the more I thought about the service, the more it grated on me, so I'm giving 3 stars. First, when we arrived, it took over a minute
I’d tell them to look at other options. Service vis-à-vis pricing was not an equal value. Nice neighborhood place that go to a lot bc it’s close to home. Would not go there if it was a big effort I will say food is always fine.
Good food, generally, although the steak frites featured a very skimpy piece of meat. The rest of the food and desserts were very good. The space is pretty tight in there, so be prepared to keep your conversation to a whisper.
Post-car crashing through part of their dining area, Le Chat Noir has bounced back beautifully. Excellent Mahi mahi and duck confit on Sunday evening, followed by a delicious apple tart. Kudos to this neighborhood gem! Reserva una mesa ahora
Very very nice intimate and friendly neighborhood French bistro. Great food. Chicken, Trout, boulliabaise, beef burgundy; all wonderful. It's our go to French bistro. Excellent staff and service
