We had the chance to be in an almost empty restaurant (only 3 busy tables including ours. the strong point of the restaurant is clearly its setting. the lake view is exceptional, the room is very high in a castle. The service is also impeccable. the waitress was all the time available and served us drinks before even empty glasses (which is not the case everywhere even in the stars. the menu is creative and very good. Maybe not as well as in other restaurants around but very well. Only the children's menu was disappointing (fly chicken and simple ice balls, so far the best for the quality of a child remains the soap similar to a dungeon that from the dessert dish offered a child menu worthy...
Our lunch was very pleasant, the Gourmand menu satisfying in terms of value for money. The kitchen is creative and of quality. She just lacks a little greed for me overall, but it's purely personal. A real delight the topinambour purée in dry ink, with a magical texture, unforgettable! The restaurant room is superb with a special mention for the armchairs (hey yes important when a meal lasts 2h). A nice dish, glasses included. Excellent idea the flat or gaseous filtered water offered, and very good in addition. The site overlooking the lake is really beautiful.
a wonderful experience we almost missed because since the entrance our beard began to crush and we were afraid to embarrass the guests! We were offered a thousand solutions and the best was to install ourselves in a separate room with stunning views of the lake. thousand thanks to the gerant or hotel master who was very pleasant and very patient. The dishes were as good as beautiful. an unforgettable experience for us and we will no doubt return to it. Thanks to the waitress who took care of us.
As soon as a phone reserves an additional reception with questions about food intolerances. Beautiful setting, isolated tables, stunning views of the lake and the Alps. Very nice presentations. Refined cuisine. Quick and attentive service. Dalma dog accepted and spotted. The Chat that swims perfectly, it's a swimmer.
