having arrived at 8:30 pm on dijon having seen a mercury hotel with a restaurant associated with the restaurant le burgundy I thought I was certainly at the right address given the sign on the map of the hotel industry which is usually a safe sign. arrival in the entrance hall I notice that there is work. reception tells me that the restaurant is at the level between ground but no further explanation. the mercury dijon centre is almost perfect.Home, hygiene, hotel, cooking, air conditioning, a note very good on the tourist accuei we had chosen a privilege room and nothing maquait, the establishment is very well maintained3 points unfortunately come to blacken this very nice observation. breakfast: difficult to reach the buffet and coffee while the room is only half filled with customers. the very beautiful design of the piece and the decoration forget this butter waiting almost in oil c is not terrible one do not do better a bowl with glazons underneath a very negative point at the level of the bar: serving a red wine at 20° -cote de beaune c is lamentable c is inexcusable

a very nice address with a nice welcome, a class frame, although the wall rounded to the entrance is a little aging. The meal is always of quality and the dishes of a rare quality and the cart of desserts is sublime. We're happy to come back.

I had the "loppy medallions", my colleague ahd the fish of the day the swordfish.) both excellent. nice glass of white wine, 8 € the glass (the most expensive wine of the map is 9 500 euros the bottle !)
