local in the mai seemed to be so many restaurants closed. le chabouret remains open and deserves the popular paragliding that gets it. Dinner from 7 o'clock reaches from 16.20 euro to the top for a set 3 cursmahl and was certainly very good: salat, tagliatelles, faux-filets etc...and amazing baked or a great selection of ice creams, all served with grace and efficiency. natives also love it, so be there early or book it before.

The dishes were very good (good crucque ardéchois, thighs of cailles cooked to perfection, but mixed with advertised vegetables changed for a purée, it is shameful) , the blueberry pie presented in a deliciously original way. but too much waiting, as much to take order, as to be served.
