We came with friends (9 guys) in a great mood, a pretty girl waitress came up to us, we joked, laughed, made an order ... and they forgot about us. We talked a lot and only noticed after 40 minutes that we had not eaten anything yet, there were many empty tables nearby and the waiters did not pass by, we had to go up to them, clarified where the order was, they answered us the kitchen is busy, another half an hour, while our the beer was already on the tray and no one was going to bring it, we were still in a good mood, we decided to help the girl, we took the beer ourselves and began to wait ... but now the mood became bad, the same as warm beer ... warm beer this is horror, after a few sips, time began to go slower, a little over an hour passed and food was brought to us, thank God, the steaks were hot, but everything else cooled down a long time ago. We decided not to quarrel, to end the evening without a scandal, but when the owner came out and asked us to be quiet. It was the last straw, we told him everything, promised to leave a bad review, but he said I don't care about reviews on the Internet, people are always hungry and will eat here and continue to pay money. Draw your own conclusions, but I wanted to tell everyone

It all started with the fact that we wanted to feel the atmosphere of a real French cafe, everyday cuisine. Now I remember and most funny, we came typical American tourists with a minimum of French words , the waiters greeted us warmly, made us sit at a table and gave us a menu. We asked for something from the national cuisine, they refused to help us with the choice, we somehow chose, it turned out to be ordinary steaks and fries with salad. Dessert is also the most common, boring serving and simple taste. Cleanliness is 3 points here two times they asked to replace the glass and the dirty dishes were not taken when they brought dessert. The impressions were unpleasant. Or is this the real atmosphere of France?

we ignored the reviews but we shouldn’t have. The service was quick, that is the plus, also they have a nice terrasse. on the downside, we ordered the trout which was ok, on the side some gratin and 3 leaves of lettuce not very well seasoned and i found a hair on the plate. The waitress went to clean my plate with a napkin. At the end of our meal i asked for a discount because of the hair on the plate and they agreed to offer me the beverage, but saying however that it wasn’t really a hair on my plate I don’t recommend it.

A very colorful place, if there is a desire to be a little humiliated and unwanted customer, to feel boorish and impudent service welcome to Restaurant le Chene Vert. If I was nervous at first, then it became funny. I was a client invisible, waiters walked past me as if I didn't exist. It seemed to me that the louder I speak, the more demonstratively they ignore me. I don’t want to write details, I still have the feeling that I’m in an arthouse film. For people with weak nerves I do not recommend it!

We found the staff to be extremely unfriendly. They weren't helpful at all. Would avoid this place..
