friendly room staff, the boss who operates as much as his staff but despite all the service not at the height of the establishment. being of nimes we have known the establishment of another level as well in the room when kitchen. in that which keeps the kitchen of dishes rather good but with a very poor presentation. in summary we feel the establishment at a loss of speed compared to a few years back where it was a reference both in service and in kitchen on nîmes. What a shame... such a beautiful establishment.
very good restaurant, well located and with good interior decoration. Moreover by this heat, the place is air conditioned. nice reception and attentive service. excellent cuisine, good quality price. the master of the places michel hermet comes to exchange a few words and make sure everything goes well. He's a counselor, really.
Very disappointing level kitchen/plat/quality of food. I change my rating to 3 stars overall for quality of service and maintain disappointment for food as well as for attitude in response to my comment that makes you lose a customer.
