We've been a fan of this table for several decades. We've never been disappointed! But this time after an eclipse of almost ten years from us (as we have been installed in Normandy) we had the pleasure of returning there ... and it was a delight: not only the room was enlarged and renovated with happiness but the plate is always exceptional. both the frog thighs that compete with those of the frog at the madeleine under watchduil because with this small fall of slightly acidic tomatoes, the melt is lightened by its classic meunter.a apple rognon perfectly cooked and accompanied, and the storyliner Paris-Brest ... a monument! as what a classic that lasts is a safe value...
this restaurant has a competent and attentive staff, in a very pleasant setting. The kitchen is refined, every dish of my companion and I was a delight for the view, smell and taste! We are then offered different alcohols according to the dishes, adapting to the tastes of each one if needed. the wines were very well chosen and went with wonderful dishes. a medal with a calf laugh that was a pure wonder, and with a cheese tray that is really impressive! a restaurant to do absolutely if you are passing through the val d'oise!
Excellent meal. an aggressive setting, a staff has your listening and attention. very good knowledge of the dishes for good advice. a very rich wine map with a great choice. a sommelier to help you in the choice of wines. flat side, grand finesse and originality of the combination of flavors. special mention for the calf ris a regal. side rate, has two, aperitif menu cheese coffee wine 240 euros . but it's a michelin star and it's worth it ... we would like to go more often ...
I don't think I'm going to rethink this restaurant. I find my very young age where I discovered this restaurant with my parents. The staff had been surprised that I was such a wise little girl.I had memorable family meals. An impeccable service, a succulent food, memories engraved since my childhood. I hate to have some means to have dinner with my companion.Thank you!

The menu had very good choices in its base three course menus. I chose the rack of the Lamb that was excellent. Good service. Appropriate wine card and sommelier recommended some beautiful wines. Keeps his Michelin star review. Note:Your parking is quickly filled.
difficult to find a restaurant in August ...we went the day before closing it was not the first time. never disappointed even if the absence of the lamb square and frog thighs which limited the choice of the dish we have very good dinner good restaurant near us
