The Restaurant Le Choucas in Merdassier (Manigod), is a true gourmet jewel for the region where culinary excellence meets exceptional service in a warm atmosphere. As soon as you cross the gates of this establishment, you are welcomed by a team of exceptionally pleasant and smiling waitresses, ready to offer you a culinary experience worthy of the mountain. As for the kitchen, it deserves a special mention. The chef is talented in the art of marrying flavors, even if the card is a little limited. Merit a visit to live a beautiful experience.
We were pleasantly received and especially very pleasantly accompanied and served throughout our time in this establishment! Tasty products and dishes. It feels the passion and pleasure of good things in the plate and it’s nice. We wish prosperity to this newly restored establishment (2 years), encourage them to continue so and hope to be able to share another moment in this place. Thank you.
There is a place where we can eat local products and refined cuisine is here. Tournedos de veau, a real treat and desserts are worthy of a gourmet restaurant. The mountain specialties are also of quality. The portions are generous. The service is warm, special mention to the waitress who enthusiastically presents the dishes and the work of his bosses. A beautiful discovery!
The welcome was excellent despite our group of 8 without reservation, we were able to lunch on the afternoon ski break. The service was quick and efficient, the waitresses were funny and friendly. The refined cuisine for a very good quality price ratio. There are for all tastes, a sun terrace lunch with beautiful views of the slopes, I recommend without hesitation!
By far the best restaurant in the resort! A tasty cuisine, fresh and local products and hearty dishes! From the entrance to the desserts everything is delicious! Finally an altitude restaurant that does not offer either a self or a mediocre meal at a often too high price. Don’t hesitate, you will have no regret!
After 10 years in the Petit Paradise cuisine on the banks of Lake Annecy, the chef and his companion offer excellent cuisine for an altitude restaurant and all for a reasonable price, local products and fresh nothing to say again, it’s simply excellent we spent the week there, take your eyes closed!
