Le Chrysanthème - Reserva de mesa

A soapy onion soup with absolutely tasteless "cheese" lumped over it. It came in less than five minutes, so I would place an educated guess of fresh from the microwave. My young lady then joined me and unfortunately wanted to stay, She had a cheese and turkey sandwich (bland, basic), and I had the olde orchard burger. The fries were OK I guess, but the burger tasted like it had been overcooked, then left for twenty minutes on the side, and then microwaved. It was more like an old stale biscuit than a burger. The waitress was apologetic, but apart from taking it off the bill there wasnt much they could do. Oh, and the beer was tasteless as well. I had the goose island IPA, which is usually OK...

I was here on business with a large group of people. It did not seem very busy except for our which was about 30 people. The service was adequate for ordering drinks, however it was extremely slow for us to receive our food. After we actually place our food order, it took over one hour to arrive. I'm not sure if it was because of our group they wanted to take their time, or if this was the usual time.Food however was hot and fresh and quite good. I would go again if I was in Saint-Sauveur again.

It has become our regular Friday meeting place, so why do we go back every week... Service is what it is all about. You can fix or replace poor drinks or poor food but service is much harder, that's what brings us back. Friendly, efficient, great attitude. Of course they have a great selection of beers, including some good micro brewery IPA's, as well as the brands you know. If you stay for more than a beer, which you should, they have a large terrace, music at night and serve a great burger.

Used to visit Ye Old Orchard frequently, enjoyed a pint of beer with a burger & sweet fries, & my wife had a nice big chicken salad. I used to pay 12$ for the burger plate, now it's shot up to 16$, yikes ! A little too pricey for a pub burger, & the salad has diminished in size but not in price. If I feel like paying close to 20$ for a burger I'll go to La Belle et la Beouf thank you very much & I'll have me a serious burger ! Reserva una mesa ahora

The fish & chips was excellent, 3 pieces tasty and crispy with a ton of fries. My wife has the hamburger which she finished it because it was good also with a ton on fries. You must try the specialty draft beer so smooth. The service was with a smile that is why I gave them 100% passing mark. We will be back

I had for the second time the fish and chips and it was very good as I like it. Many sorts of beers. I enjoy this place for a 5 to 7 TGIF.

Always a good pub meal, friendly staff. Stopped in for a quick bite and to catch the Habs game! Great guiness
