Le Cigalon à Flayosc

Wow! A word I repeated many times during our amazing meal at this restaurant. A very happy accident to stumble upon this place during our one night stay in Flayosc. Each course was a delight for all the senses and a revelation in flavours. And, all the little extras at the start of the meal and at the end, anuse flavoured marshmallows with coffee. Ohlala, yum!! This has to be one of the very best meals we have had during our time cycling in France. Merci Chefs and to our delightful host.

It was the second time... after two years of covid. Always satisfied. The chef can offer a kitchen with seasonal products. His wife in the room was a good advice for the wine deal with the chosen menu. We recommend and return
