A fun family lunch with Corinne, Jean-Marc, and his team. The delicious dishes and the wine chosen by Corinne a perfect accompaniment. Thanks to Jean-Marc's great talent, 2 seemingly simple dishes brightened up our meal: zucchini flowers, which he picked the same morning, with a marine flavor and fillets of raw sardines. A wonderful balance of flavors without false notes. A mention also for the tasty dessert, a voluptuous cherry Pavlova. As usual, a very good moment of pleasure for the taste buds and friendship.
