An exceptional cuisine that deserves to be known and recognized! A cuisine that is both creative and innovative which, beyond a perfectly mastered technique, surprises us with new associations. The butler and his team come to complete the experience which can be enjoyed in an exceptional setting (outdoor terrace under a sumptuous plane tree). Particularly seduced by our first dinner, we returned twice afterwards and were able to benefit from personalized menus to discover new creations from the chef. A name to follow in the years to come after a first star which should not be long!

Words are extremely difficult to find to describe our experience... From all my gastronomic adventures I've never felt so much emotion. The setting, the service, Louis Gachet's kitchen, everything was perfectly orchestrated. I am sincerely impressed by the entire moment we have lived. The creations of the Chefs are at the top of what is best done, like the more than perfect service of Caroline, led all with discretion and elegance by Adrien. Thank you to all for this memory forever engraved in our memories.
