Small very friendly hotel with very pleasant indoor pool, hammam and massages with supplement. After 9 years, we returned with great pleasure as a fan of the region and we always welcomed. We met the new owners. A very pleasant and caring young couple for the comfort of their guests. Despite their opening on the day of our arrival and some delivery risks, they managed the situation upstairs. Breakfast was hearty and the menu was part of the half board formula was varied, very well cooked with local products. We will be delighted to return and see the changes planned by these young owners

I don't know who, not very pleasant We found our key in hand without knowing where to go so it was opportune Then we had to deal with the person in charge who is a gold person, a listening person and a communicative dynamism a person as there are rarely today On the other hand, we surprised the housekeepers in our room while we were absent from us that 1 hour we didn't know they were going to see that we had arrived only the previous night! Hot swimming pool, breakfast very well We will come back with great pleasure because we really enjoyed our stay

Nice hotel. Very friendly and reactive staff. Only flat but minimal despite all this is the unbearable heat in the rooms despite the commitment to lower the temperature of the Staff. But otherwise the equipment is up. The pleasant swimming pool with jacuzzi. We spent three nights of good quality. Clean and comfortable litter. I recommend this establishment without reservation. Very interesting price quality ratio.

Back from a mini stay in this hotel restaurant with my daughter. Everything was perfect: reception, table service, a clean room, quiet with a t.bonne bedding. Particularly appreciable: Indoor pool, spa, meals with simple but hearty breakfast. Well, fine exchanges. Only regret: not having discovered this charming hotel earlier... Thank you for everything. We had a pleasant stay there, we will regret not having had clean towels after the first day and a TV that does not work, which is annoying given the price, we understand why it only has two stars and would deserve a better rating with a little followed despite everything pleasant welcome with potential to develop

Welcome very pleasant. Restaurant flat .familial generous Swimming pool has 34 degree.. of thunder qd we love. Centre de Besse is 10 minutes away. Hotel well placed for excursions on the side. Great Besse. Lake Pavin. Murol...

Very good reception, excellent breakfast with local products which is very pleasant, warm atmosphere and the smallest pool available. We wish you a very beautiful season and hope that the snow will arrive very quickly.

This 3 stars out of 5 because the problem of parking in the parking lot. Not much room, you have to be lucky and get to the right time. Small parking
