The large room with white walls makes elegant impression. Spaced tables and discreet musical background. Map or choice between 2 menus. Wine map tightened with however several half bottles welcome. Chablis 1er Cru 2019 to be highly recommended. Eggs in meurette with generosity free a beautiful personality. Careful cooked fish in a rich white butter sauce. And a Pavlova to finish on a fresh and (almost) light note. The bosses provide a controlled and courteous service. Very long waiting nevertheless between the dish and the dessert. A most traditional cuisine that will appeal to the wise amateurs.
very average and high price ratio. No dicks. very dark furniture. small portions visibly uneven according to customers (which probably take wine) not a vegetable. potatoes and fries are not good for the price. But the broccoli are seasoned. gravlax is not the gravlax fortunately the lemony cream catches up. quality slightly superior to fast restoration. We have to go somewhere else.

I don't really think so. almost non-existent dressage, small amount (small of beef with tiny bits, with 4 bits and "home" fries sold 32€ . coca glass without bubble at 5€ served with glass. non-existent service. foie gras served with toasts of industrial bread according to me. clearly disappointed with this "gastronomic" restaurant.

Excellent reception, excellent cuisine. A refined setting. Everything is good and finely cooked for a reasonable price. One of Sens's best restaurants.
