An excellent meal, that was good value, well presented and served by an efficient and friendly waitress. Lovely, but simple mise en bouches with our aperitifs, followed by a generous portion of foie gras served with spicy toasts and an apricot chutney. We then moved onto an excellent magret de canard with a blackcurrant sauce and some girolles. The cheese-board put certain restaurants I could mention to shame, as did the homemade desserts. Recommended!
It is recommended to 1000% Small ambient music very pleasant. The plates also beautifully presented as succulent. What was that? Very welcome. We're back soon!
