We couldn't get in here for dinner because they were closing at 8:45 pm the one night so we went back for lunch the next day and I'm so glad we did. I wouldn't miss this place if I went back to Provence! It's located near the edge of Maussane which is already a very small town and there is a charming courtyard where you eat lunch with a small fountain in the middle. The service was excellent, great wine list, and the food was very high quality. Everything was fresh, seasonal, and well-executed french dishes. This restaurant has a lovely courtyard setting which gives cool shade against the Provençal sun. We reserved in advance as we were passing by on the way to the shops and this was dealt with in a very friendly fashion. We chose the €30 three course lunch. The ray fishcake with courgette jus was a standout, but I also loved my quail with Provençal vegetables. The puddings 'au choix' were a delight. I thought long and hard about the star rating for this, I would probably have given it 4.5 stars if I could, as the cooking is obviously not as precise as at the nearby L'Oustau or Le Cabro d'Or, but that's not what you go to this place for. While staying in Paradou, we had dinner at this restaurant. The restaurant offers inside and outside seating. We decided on inside seating since it was a bit windy. The interior is nice and cozy. Food is very well elaborated and excellent quality. Good selection of wines. I would give this restaurant an excellent review, if it wasnt for the attitude of the staff. Staff not very friendly, included the lady owner, whom it was a bit dry and serious. Other than that, I would recommend going due to the high quality of food. They close on wednesdays and thursdays. Out for a nice saturday evening meal with friends.No ice for the champagne cooler. Trying to borrow some from the Hotel over the street.Maybe we buy a second ice maker next season.Can we have a second bottle of rose wine pls? Yes sure.Never arrived.Can we have some more jus with our meat ? Yes sure .Never arrived.Poor Food Quality Overall. Mashed potatoes with almost every starter and main course.Left after main course and went to a local Pub to have French friesand a great bottle of rose win.they even served a second one !!!

We ate here with a fairly large group of friends. The service was really good and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The food was certainly very edible but we felt it was uninspired. My husband had pork and I had guinea fowl. Apart from the type of meat, our plates were identical. Would we visit again - probably not.
very good, tasty, elegant dishes, in a warm and cozy atmosphere. we were a group of 6, and one of the teenagers in the group asked for something special off the menu and the chef was kind enough to prepare it. all dishes were very good, great value!
Excellent food served in lovely courtyard and very nice staff. Always have a good time here and we go there a lot. Always well looked after and good value for money for the quality of food you are eating.
Husband and wife team with some support staff. Super friendly. Everything is fresh and local. We actually went twice in the same week which is a rare event. Open to family, friends, kids, couples.
