The Cofé in Maubuisson is probably one of my best discoveries on the Atlantic coast of Bordeaux this year! Located on the beachfront, this restaurant and night bar offers much more than a simple gastronomic experience: it promises a beautiful immersion in a summer setting. As soon as I arrived, the view of Lake Hurtin transported me elsewhere. The atmosphere is peaceful on the day and vibrant at night. The perfect place to enjoy a sunny lunch or sip a cocktail under the stars. Kitchen side, chef hat! The dishes are both refined and generous, with a local touch that makes every bite unique. Tourists of passage, this is our impressions. Very good cuisine and extremely friendly welcome, the team is listening and takes into account and asks the customer's opinion. Beef Tataki, chorizo/poivrons and bar net with chorizo cream: a treat! ANCV checks accepted. We recommend!

Very good reception, the waitress is good advice for dishes and very nice. The red tuna skewer is excellent and very generous. The dish of the day: half magret was very good too. Thank you for this good time spent on the terrace, overlooking the lake.

Very nice discovery for our last day of vacation, welcome as professional as friendly, the service is fast for customers, as for the meal really nothing, very good food. Bravo, I recommend. Continue like this

Nice place but I find a little expensive for what we eat hot shrimp and 18th green salad not much to eat when going out I was still hungry
