Knowing not toulouse, with my wife we were looking for the best cassoulet of the world, route doing rue Bayard, we are taught at the fisherman beginning of the street that tells us this sign, without mine of outside, push the door, and you will see a good scenery, a super sympathetic Asian waitress, and boss at the top, without talking about the chef who makes you the best cassoulet of the world.

A not terrible façade, which hardly incites to enter, a neighbourhood conducive to tourist scams and on arrival a beautiful discovery. The cassoulet was excellent and generous. A menu of gourmet wines. A very pro service with a nice team.
