Organisation parfaite afin satisfaire tous les clients à intégrer à l'intérieur. Apéritif offert afin de compenser l'attente induite par cet évènement imprévu le tout avec compétence et sourire. Une fois installés (6 personnes), service sans reproche, salade avec foie gras de très bonne qualité pour un menu, quant au cassoulet, certainement un des meilleurs de Castelnaudary. Très bon service, cuisine parfaite, cassoulet digne du nom. Menu très bien étudié. Accueil, qualité, sourires. Merci à tous pour ce très bon moment passé en famille à déguster un très bon cassoulet.
