Nous nous y sommes rendus lors de la fête du cassoulet. Le samedi, jours de très forts orages imprévus en soirée avec pour conséquence une grande terrasse inutilisable. Organisation parfaite afin satisfaire tous les clients à intégrer à l'intérieur. Apéritif offert afin de compenser l'attente induite par cet évènement imprévu le tout avec compétence et sourire. Félicitations à l'ensemble du personnel. Une fois installés (6 personnes), service sans reproche, salade avec foie gras de très bonne qualité pour un menu, quant au cassoulet, certainement un des meilleurs de Castelnaudary. We have lunch at the halls counter (on the advice of the house we thank) and we are very happy. Lunch on weekdays in the middle of August without reservation, the only menu is that of the day (bolognese that day) otherwise only a la carte.
