surprise for this first couple dinner at the martin counter. the frame is very nice with a very nice decoration. efficient and very friendly service, very attentive without being invasive. rather short, but excellent variety. wine map provided enough to find a good combination of flat drinks. we tasted the octopus in collation and the duck tartare in oyster, really good and lots of flavors. for main dishes the paved calf liver, speciality of the place, was cooked perfectly with a superior deglazing sauce, as well as a small gratin appetizing with macaronis parmesan. and the confite calf breast was also very appreciated.
