After having tasted several pastries from Fabienne, I spent several hours at the stoves with her to learn some techniques. Nothing to do with specialised chain courses in Paris. With Fabienne, we create a recipe from A to Z, and we return with our masterpiece as a whole. She shares her tricks, her anecdotes on the world of pastry. When I made the recipe back home, I hesitated at times but at the end I managed to redo a charlotte worthy of that name. It's really worth it! I can't wait to see another course.
Tested this weekend the Paris Brest and the black pipelet, ordered for a birthday... A pure pleasure! It is beautiful, generous, fine, greedy, full of taste. A beautiful address for gourmets. Attention, the week of the shop offers more cakes, biscuits etc but don't hesitate to order betweenmets and pastries!
