the 7 counter is part of our favorite restaurants on uzès and surrounding area. But this time, there's a little one. wait 1:30 before being served at the votive party we can understand. charming restaurant, the terrace in the inner courtyard is lovely, unfortunately we had to eat inside because it had rained.We took in entries suggestions of the day, namely the crushed crabs and lawyer and grapefruit, or then the octopus carpaccio, in flat the beef net or fish dish.The cooking was perfectly respected. we have drunk at the aperitif is apérol spritz and have taken desserts of sorbet pallets. No doubt the best kitchen a few kilometers in the round. The chief deserves one or more stars. Beautiful! friendly service without chi-chi but correct. Wines with glass and surprising quality. The best of a dozen? Undoubtedly yes!
