Ce dîner nous a été offert en remerciement par mes élèves. Nous avons passé un excellent moment. Une expérience gustative exceptionnelle que je souhaite partager. Le menu dégustation est composé de 6 plats avec un apéritif et les plats sont accompagnés de verres de vins, tous bio et en totale adéquation avec les mets. Le menu commence par nn consommé au Mascarpone et vinaigre de xérès avec des champignons façon pickels. Pour continuer, un foie gras maison et sa tuile avec de savoureux condiments. C'est un bar parfaitement cuit qui suit pour arriver sur un plat de viande de magrets de canard rosés. Accompagnés d'asperger verts et d'une carotte cuite au miel et vanille. A wonderful experience, we went there for the Christmas meal, this one, declined in 7 dishes, delighted and sublimated the knowledge of the two chefs. The dishes were haited in perfumes and their taste full of relief both fish and poularde and cheese
Very efficient and very friendly service. The dishes offered are excellent and sought after. Very nice presentation on the plates and to finish with a very reasonable price. It's all there. That was great!
Excellent meal for my birthday. The decor is warm near the fireplace even in summer. The waiter loves his job, it marvelously presents the proposed dishes. Presentations are beautiful and refined dishes.
