Very nice surprise that the cyrene! We expected to get caught in porto as good tourists as we are but we fell on a charming and attentive service, and reasonable prices in season for really good dishes! the excellent Corsican pizza has a fine and crispy paste and the cyrene salad was fresh and richly composed. we ended up on a delicious ice that comes straight from a local catererer - if you haven't tried the uncontourable ice with myrtle: It's the right place.
sitting in front of the sea, you will witness the wonderful sunset ... if you dig in. Excellent reception, beautiful cuisine with strong Corsican identity, ... pietra is served in pressure and well fresh ( rare) and is excellent as well. A refined anti pasti is offered, even if you take a pizza!The cyrene salad is a "cooked" salad and well worked, excellent. I don't know why, but tonight, there were really a lot of flies... planning a repulsive spray.
Very nice surprise. Value for money excellent(full menu has less than 20€ on the beach and tourist period) quality of the dishes, copied, search for presentation all was there. Young and dynamic team.Sourire and manon kindness and colleagues. A very good discovery that I recommend as a Landese epicurean and that has mewded the true corse that accompanied me.
