Visited hotel as part of a local car rally. Staff were argumentative, non caring nor helpful. Food was standard fare with less than standard quality with a larger than standard price. Hotel is of good quality, rooms, pool etc but staff let it down. Make sure you stand your ground if you want to change rooms (ground floor is best) as at first there are none available but by standing firm a much better room became available.
Restaurant decor is very smart and modern. Staff welcoming and pleasant. Quite a long wait before we were asked for our drinks order and food menus arrived a while later. There did seem to be a long pause between service. Sunday lunch set menu was good choices. Food served with style and was not large portions very tasty. Drinks were expensive. Would recommend and we shall return.
Good benefits. the room is spacious and comfortable. However, it would be desirable to leave the radiators at 21° before the arrival of the customers. the balneotherapy bath is large and we can easily enjoy two. the tap system is aging and a shower would be worthwhile at the price.
