the Brazilian cuisine chef mateus marangoni introduces a refreshing kitchen with colorful notes: his creativity reaches the flaw of the interlinking of a change of landscape and familiar aromas through the combination of taste, colors and textures from his home with local products of the Provence. we appreciate the availability of an exclusively vegetarian menu that was as refined and delectable as the other dishes. the hospitality of the personal was extraordinary, as well as the cocooning atmosphere of the place. we felt welcome in this experience and look forward to the recovery.
