we had booked and it's better because the tables fill very quickly. The setting is pleasant and warm. Our waitress was very smiling and good advice. a detail but it's very appreciable: it made us taste a wine on which we interrogate (white wine of the region, charlevoyor it seems to me).We chose the formula th (superior table) around 35$can.Entrées: tuna tartar with ginger and lemon snails with alsacean (my husband would have eaten a dozen!) (reasonable amount). Excellent.Ribs of beef with black beer of charlevoix, fries (copyy). Bon.Belled beef joe with olives, beeluga lentils stew and vegetables of the moment (copyy). excellent desserts: dark chocolate pie and blueberriesfraisiernougat glazed. Very good. desserts are not home but made by an outside pastry (it is indicated on the site, not on the map or specified by the waitress). They are, however, very good. We waited a little bit for our first dish (30mns) but as soon as the entrance was served everything was chained effectively...in a good tempo. I noted, however, that the other tables were served more quickly so we were the exception;)but, the quality of the reception and the succulence of the dishes encourage us to leniency.Bravo to the chef and his team.
