Hello, To anticipate the waiting period I ordered and paid on the restaurant site 10 min before the opening. I was served 40 minutes after the opening. No compensation for damage, no reduction, or products offered. It's called customer service. Unfortunately the Dom café does not have this basic quality for a professional.
