This is a very pleasant restaurant offering excellent service. The food is another story. The chef uses excellent ingredients but prepares them in a way that didn't suit us at all. A petfectly seared tuna was combined with green asparagus, green beans and a hollandaise sauce plus an egg ? . A perfectly slow cooked and tasty filet of veal was cold and served with a few drops of a very strange tasting sauce. It took one hour for the starter to arrive and another 45 minutes for the main course. After that we had seen enough and thanked for cheese and dessert. What a pity for the good tuna and veal and the service staff but this dinner was failed opportunity.

We stumbled across this restaurant hotel on our way home at night after paddling on the Loire and needing somewhere to stay. Our two teenage kids were tired and we had no expectations when we went into the restaurant for dinner at around 9pm hoping for something quick to eat. Wow! The food was amazing and the staff were fantastic and even though we were there late, they made us feel very welcome and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves ... and the food.

We were picked up from the canal by the team and taken to the restaurant. We enjoyed a champagne before being seated for dinner. The service from the staff was exceptional. The degustation menus was a wonderful experience with some truly innovative dishes. This was the perfect venue to celebrate the last night of our French canal trip. The receptionist even took time out to show us some of the rooms and there was art exhibition in he chateau.

A cottage in a green setting. The setting is peaceful and soothing. We had a cottage with 3 bedrooms so that the children had their space. A small vigilance on the products that were missing and the terrace to maintain. For the restaurant, I enjoyed the originality of the plates in satisfactory quantity. The small flat is that the waitresses were not able to advise us on the wine.

a beautiful estate planted on the heights of Briare, a small town that deserves to be visited for its city center and its river activities. The estate is quiet and the activities are numerous. We are so conquered that we come back for the second time in 2 months, and with family! I can only recommend it!!!!

Bel establishment We went there for a Bon dinner overall, disappointed by dessert. We took a bottle of wine and had to do the service ourselves. Too bad for such an establishment. The waiters had the time they spent their time talking to the bar.

The setting is very pleasant, the very helpful staff and we feel very well in the establishment, the various services are there for something. The restaurant is of very good quality, so you can spend an excellent stay while staying there.

Nice but a little disappointed for a 4-star. Positive: frame, staff, bedding Negative: gym, bathroom finishes, no orange juice pressed at Breakfast (18€...

A large green space to walk and play with the dog. Friendly, clean, welcoming staff.
