This is a very pleasant restaurant offering excellent service. The food is another story. The chef uses excellent ingredients but prepares them in a way that didn't suit us at all. A petfectly seared tuna was combined with green asparagus, green beans and a hollandaise sauce plus an egg ? . A perfectly slow cooked and tasty filet of veal was cold and served with a few drops of a very strange tasting sauce. It took one hour for the starter to arrive and another 45 minutes for the main course. After that we had seen enough and thanked for cheese and dessert. What a pity for the good tuna and veal and the service staff but this dinner was failed opportunity.

beautiful, quiet and relaxing environment. A very varied breakfast buffet and evening meal but several flats for a stay in a cottage: no bathrobe, no slippers and no towels to go to the pool compared to the residents in the hotel sofa of the cottage very uncomfortable dirty pillows no hair dryer (it would have had to ask for it at the reception. No aleze on the mattress: slipcover directly on the mattress! glass of the bathroom frailed on several centimetres impossible to make the TV run the water of the pool shower is burning damage for a 4-star.

We stumbled across this restaurant hotel on our way home at night after paddling on the Loire and needing somewhere to stay. Our two teenage kids were tired and we had no expectations when we went into the restaurant for dinner at around 9pm hoping for something quick to eat. Wow! The food was amazing and the staff were fantastic and even though we were there late, they made us feel very welcome and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves ... and the food.

We were picked up from the canal by the team and taken to the restaurant. We enjoyed a champagne before being seated for dinner. The service from the staff was exceptional. The degustation menus was a wonderful experience with some truly innovative dishes. This was the perfect venue to celebrate the last night of our French canal trip. very beautiful park very quiet. The restaurant is right. excellent from entry to desserts (all desserts. meat and fish are very well mastered and presented with taste. everything is clean and very maintained. the staff is charming and attentive without doing too much: perfect. eating on the terrace was a pleasure.
