We had the chance to be in an almost empty restaurant (only 3 busy tables including ours. The strong point of the restaurant is clearly its setting. The lake view is exceptional, the room is very high in a castle. The service is also impeccable. The waitress was all the time available and served us drinks before even empty glasses (which is not the case everywhere even in the stars. The menu is creative and very good. Maybe not as well as in other restaurants around but very well. Only the menu of the child was disappointing (paned chicken fries and simple ice balls, so far the best for the quality of a child remains Loiseau in Dijon, which, from the dessert plate, offered a child menu worthy of the adult menu and also some minor elements of the meal (e.g., the final greed that looked more like a fish eye than any other (see the pictures). It is still a very good experience that really worth it if you have the direct view of the lake like us. A special mention also for the alcoholless cocktail of the day that was at the top.
