The fish proposed on the menu of the day seemed to have some originality in the choice of spices but it was missing. Instead a fish replacement sufficiently chilled to not appreciate the freshness of the fish. The well-eminated Saint Jacques shells must be two in the plate to the maximum. Very nice dinner, perfect service, delicious dishes, divine wine! The entry urchins were not served to me because “not beautiful to be presented and served” explained the server 5 minutes after taking our order. A beautiful table that is sufficiently respectful of the client not to present a dish that is inconvenient.
