A very beautiful culinary journey!. We embarked last night for a course of 6 dishes, each more delicious than the last. The only downside was that the Kobe meat, which is known to be very tender, disappointed us a little. The chef, smiling and affable, even came to cook the prawns at our table. Very attentive and professional staff. A Michelin star? The Faventia deserves 2 in our eyes. There is a new synonym of the word GASTRONOMIE it's FAVENTIA. A restaurant with classy but unguided decoration. The design is not just furniture, it eats. The presentation of each dish is very neat and original. The professional rigor of the service does not make a shadow to smiles and sympathy. The wine agreement is simply spectacular. The visit of the CHEF which comes to see if the adoption of its creations is at the height of its expectations is another added value. Long time to go back very quickly!
