The cakes are delicious and the staff is friendly, but their order management leaves to be desired. I ordered a whole Black Forest cake and a part of Apfelstrudel online a few days before. The scheduled withdrawal time was 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., but when I arrived after 12 p.m., I was told I had to wait another half an hour and they didn't have Strudel to the apples today, so they had to replace it with something else. : Even if I had booked in advance, they could have told me by email or SMS.
