I hesitated a post but there I was never so badly welcomed by a restaurant owner when I announced my gluten intolerance. Answer: then we don't have anything for you here, we had to warn by booking! Fortunately Manu the waiter came to soften things, thanks to him otherwise I would be gone, and in fact there were even several gluten-free dishes, for example my excellent St Jacques shells!
