I decided at the last moment to book for lunch with my wife who can't eat fat! when I call to book, Florian answers me directly and when I explain my choice to have a steamed chicken with steamed vegetables for my wife. when to me the knives in the entrance and then fish from the market... all was respected...it mixes me that florian sent to his fishermen’s parents to choose the back of the bar. What a pleasure, what a mastery of cooking and respect for the demand of a customer “specially chosen” bravo and thank you Florian. I'll be back soon to enjoy my next besançon trip

Un restaurant de poisson au top, la cuisine, l'accueil et le service est excellent. On se sent bien dans une ambiance conviviale et très pro. Jusqu'au chef qui sort de sa cuisine pour nous demander notre ressenti avant le départ... Je recommande vivement... Bravo

a very pleasant service, helpful tips, excellent dishes (the granny soup and delicious chocolate dessert) in short, perfect for a good time with very correct prices in view of what is proposed.
