the worst hotel I've ever seen! we were so excited to go for a few days in fitz roy hôtel to val thorens and we were even more excited to know that the hotel was completely renovated. we arrived at the hotel and from the beginning the problems began. 1.The recipe could not have found our reservation so that after a few minutes I decided to show my reservation confirmation on my phone to the receptorists, it is only that I realized that she did not speak English so that she could not find our reservation and could not understand us. 2. the room that was supposed to be renovated was a total catastrophe. no wlan, no tw, because the tw was a projector, but of course it didn't work properly becau...

The location is fantastic, the rooms are nice, the staff are friendly and try their best. Breakfast is good, though rather limited. Make sure you bath/shower early morning or early afternoon as there is no water once it gets busy. A boiler issue that the...hotel are aware of. Avoid half board as the restaurant is understaffed. It was quicker to fetch a coat, walk 5 minutes to the supermarket, buy a bottle of wine, and return, than to get a drink in the restaurant. That is, when they hotel havent run out of the basics. Perhaps we Brits are fussy, but I was brought up to avoid pink chicken. Christmas table decoration was a cabbage!

a beautiful bar area felt like luxury with a large selection of drinks and beautiful employees. they would recommend themselves for the lunch coffee, relax with a time or appetizer ski drinks

we had our Valentine's Day meal here. I loved it. the valentinestag cocktail was nice, not too much alcohol I like. eating was amazing. I loved every piece of it. the service was also good.

Fantastic,exquisite the mushrooms were absolutely top, the level can be compared with meilleur. the gloomy with chartreuse was very special.
