I had a lovely evening at this restaurant. To start it had plenty of parking and the premises was smartly lit giving a good impression on the now dark autumn evening. On entering the restaurant I was greeted by a charming host who showed me...to my table. Although he spoke prefect English he gave me the confidence to use my not so prefect French and was very obliging throughout the evening. Finally the food, this was excellent ! I went for the three course menu starting off with the confit salmon, then the monk fish, finally the poached pears with chocolate sauce. Really lovely dinner. We have a course meal. Fabulous hake, just falling apart. Very well presented and very friendly owner and staff. A few mosquitos (hardly any but they love me) about outside and they even had a basket of repellant and creams, what...a nice touch!! Now thats thinking about the customer!
