Le Fleuret is a wonderful local place for authentic French food in Pessac. Everything from the warm welcome of the staff, particularly Clement, to the interactions with the Chef were wonderful and added great color to a beautiful September evening in a great section of France. The food was delightful and very well prepared. The drinks were original and very tasty. The ambiance was very authentic as well.
